Defines our responsibly to you as your buyer’s agents
  1. Check “Buyer’s Agent”
  2. Check the first option under “AFFILIATED LICENSEE DISCLOSURE”
  3. Check “Buyer” under signature blank and sign
Buyer's Agency Contract:
Defines your responsibilities to us including commissions.
This contract only applies to properties listed in SMRIC (25Lakes.com), and it is important to note that all the properties listed in SMRIC are listed by “cooperative brokers” (point #6) and have already agreed to pay a commission to us that in most cases will cover the commission referenced in the contract (point #5)
  1. Print your name and address at the top of contract
  2. Enter today's date (point #4)
  3. Sign and date bottom of contract
Addendum to Buyer's Agency Contract:
Identifies all licensees that will be representing you
  1. Print name in second blank
  2. Enter date on following blank
  3. Sign and date
